Robin A. Hammond

Robin A. Hammond, SPHR, is a Senior Level Human Resources Professional with extensive experience and a solid record of accomplishment in a broad range of key HR areas. These include employee engagement, executive coaching, performance management, employee and labor relations, discrimination complaint, DEI, management and harassment prevention training, culturally diverse workforces, mergers and acquisitions, total compensation programs, strategic planning, and Human Resource policies, procedures, and systems that support organizations' business objectives.

Robin has over 25 years of Senior HR Management experience and ten years of Human Resources Management Consulting. Robin was the Vice President of Human Resources at Aidells Sausage Company, and she held the position of HR Director with Trend Circuits, Tyco, and the Stanford University Bookstore. She was a Senior HR Consulting Practice Leader for Merit Resource Group. She has been a guest lecturer for the HR Master's Degree Programs at San Jose State University and Golden Gate University.
